Kimberly cares.
After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University in 1995, Kimberly began her career at a 1,225-acre master-planned residential community in the Kansas City metropolitan area. As a Marketing Representative, she played a key role in the completion of 12 phases of upper-bracket builds, overseeing marketing initiatives, managing the Senior PGA Tour, and driving recruitment and sales.
After a decade of success in real estate, Kimberly transitioned into special education, dedicating several years to teaching while raising her children. In 2009, she relocated with her family to Saint Augustine, Florida, where she became a Regional Sales Manager for a telecommunications company.
With both her son and daughter serving in the United States Navy, Kimberly understands the importance of commitment, dedication, and service. She has chosen to live and work in The Villages® and is dedicated to serving her clients — whether they are buying, selling, or building.
